* The 3rd Korea-Japan workshop on nuclear and hadron physics at J-PARC [#yd4831c3]

A part of the workshop is held concurrently as
 "core-to-core seminar: International Workshop
on hypernuclear physics at J-PARC, JLab, Mainz and ELPH".

Tohoku University has been carrying out the JSPS core-to-core program to establish international collaboration platform for strangeness nuclear physics.

The program developed the collaboration network between Japan, USA, Germany, Italy and Czech including activities at J-PARC, JLab, Mainz and ELPH-Tohoku.

We would like to extend the network also to Asian countries and we organized SNP school 2012, 2013 and 2014 for this purpose. The "The 3rd Korea-Japan workshop on nuclear and hadron physics at J-PARC" is an excellent opportunity to promote our activities and we will co-organize a part of the workshop as "core-to-core seminar: International Workshop on hypernuclear physics at J-PARC, JLab, Mainz and ELPH."

** Announcement of workshop [#eb607289]

The Thiird Korea-Japan workshop will be held at Inha University,
Incheon, Korea from March 20-21, 2014 as a continuation of the previous
workshops held in Seoul and then Pusan. The workshop will span
present and future topics of hadron and nuclear physics in J-PARC, JLab, Mainz and ELPH-Tohoku:

- Hypernuclei
- H-dibaryons
- Light hadron structures
- Heavy-light quark systems at J-PARC
- Status of on-going experiments at J-PARC.

We anticipate active participation from both Japan and Korean sides.
We will keep the atmosphere informal for the workshop, so that
students and young physicists can have free and hot discussions.

If you would like to take part in the workshop, please send the
information below to hchkim@inha.ac.kr by February 28 (Fri), 2014.
Limited supports will be available to about 10 people (mostly for
students).
