Reference Materials in preparation

Procedure

  1. The presentation of GPPU progress report will be held at two locations in parallel with zoom/online.
  2. For GPPU students in the 2nd year of doctoral course (D2), the 1st year of doctoral course (D1) and the 2nd year of master course (M2), 10 minutes presentation of progress report and 5 minutes questions and discussion in English.
  3. Please read about your slide preparation carefully as follows.

  4. The 3rd year of doctoral course students who will finish by next spring and the second year of master course students who finished QE1 must submit a 2 pages report in A4 format on the status of your research progress and on the manuscript of your doctor thesis. The deadline is October 2, 2020.

  5. Students who will be unable to attend must write a 2 pages report in A4 format on the status of your research progress how you advance your research in GPPU. The deadline is October 2, 2020.

  6. Every GPPU student must report us the following information by October 2, 2020.

  7. The title of your research must be submitted to GP-PU office by September 25, 2020

  1. 一人当たり15分のオンライン発表(zoom利用予定). 発表会は2会場でパラレルに行う.
  2. 秋の進捗状況発表者はD2, D1, M2 は10分間の英語による進捗状況のスライド発表(英語)と5分間の質疑を行う.
  3. 毎回の進捗状況発表会で繰り返される専門的なイントロを避けるためにスライド構成は以下の通りとする.
  4. 本年度終了予定D3および本年度9月終了のM2は「研究の進捗状況」と「博士論文執筆状況」をA4版2ページ程度の報告を10月2日までにpdf形式でGP-PU事務室に提出する.
  5. 今回の進捗状況発表会に参加できない学生は「研究の進捗状況」と「今後のGPPU期間における研究の予定」をA4版2ページ程度のレポートとして10月2日までにpdf形式でGP-PU事務室に提出する.
  6. 以下の参考資料は全員が10月2日までにpdf形式でGP-PU事務室に提出する.
  7. 発表タイトル提出締め切りは9月25日とする.
