- アップロードするPDFファイルの名前には、決して日本語や全角英数字を使わないでください。
- PDFファイルの名前は、[family name]_xxx.pdf としてください。
[family name] には利用者の名字を半角ローマ字で、xxx には任意の半角英数字を入れてください。
- 申し込み締め切りをご確認ください。

- Items with * are mandatory.
- Japanese or double-byte (Zenkaku) letters must not be used in the name of your PDF file.
- The name of the PDF should be "[family name]_xxx.pdf".
[family name] is the family name of the user, and xxx arbitrary letters.
