The seminar is planned primarily for Asian young scientists who have strong interest in scientific research to be carried out at high-intensity proton accelerators such as J-PARC (Japan Proton Accelerator Research Complex) and at other accelerator facilities in Asia. In the seminar, lectures will be given by Asian leading scientists on science frontier related to J-PARC in nuclear/particle physics and material/life science, as well as on the accelerator and experimental facilities. In addition, there will be workshop sessions for topical lectures by leading scientists and for presentation and discussion by young scientists.
