The 2019-spring meeting on GP-PU progress status report will be held as follows.
下記のとおりで2019年春季宇宙創成物理学進捗状況発表会をします．

Imprimentation

• 10 minutes presentation of progress report in English and discussions for 5 minutes.
  
  • 10分間の英語による進捗状況のスライド発表（英語）と5分間の質疑を行う．
    
• The registration deadline for the title and abstract is April 25th. Submit them to GP-PU office with subject of Title GPPU Progress 20190508 your name
  
  • タイトルと概要の登録締め切りは4月25日(木)．件名を「Title GPPU Progress 20190508 名前」としてGP-PU事務室に提出する．
    
• The slides must be submitted to the GP-PU office in pdf format by Tuesday, May 7.
  • 使用するスライド原稿は5月7日(火)までにpdf形式でGP-PU事務室に提出する．
• Presentation will be open to the public.
  • 進捗状況発表会は公開形式で実施する．

Evaluation and Advice

• The GPPU faculty fills in the Program/Score Sheet including evaluation, feedback and/or advice. Submit the filled score sheet to GP-PU Office, gppu@grp.tohoku.ac.jp.
  • GP-PU教員はそれぞれの学生への評価や助言をProgram/Score Sheetに記入し GP-PU Office, gppu@grp.tohoku.ac.jpに送る． ファイルの形式は標準テキストが望ましい． メール本文記入やword形式などでもかまいません．
• The evaluation and advice will be provided to each student.
  • 評価及び助言は取りまとめた上で履修生に通知する．
